Exclusive use	Valid only at the Barceló Torre Madrid, located in the Barceló Torre Madrid Hotel (Madrid). Not applicable at other spas or other services managed by Masshotel.
Validity	The voucher is valid for 6 months from the date of purchase. Extensions will not be accepted unless expressly authorized in writing by the company. No exchanges or refunds are allowed.
Application	The voucher can be used to pay for spa services, subject to prior reservation and availability. It is recommended to inform about the use of the voucher at the time of making the reservation.

Modifications and Terms of Use

Expansion of experience	The client may extend the duration of the treatment by paying the price difference, subject to availability.
Reduction of reserved treatment	It will not be possible to reduce the duration of the reserved service or request a partial refund for the unused time.

Limitations

Non-refundable	The voucher cannot be returned or exchanged for cash, in whole or in part.
Not applicable to services already contracted	It cannot be used to pay for treatments or services that have already been paid for or formalized previously.
Non-transferable	The voucher is not personal or non-transferable. It can be assigned to third parties.
Non-rechargeable	Additional balance cannot be added nor its value modified once issued.
Loss or misplacement	Integral Global Mas Service Hospitality, S.L. is not responsible for loss, theft, or misuse of the voucher.
